CEI-PEA helped spearhead ICEA’s outreach to the Ethiopian–Israeli community and was instrumental in the creation of its Literacy Program for Ethiopian Immigrants in the Israeli Education System. In just over five years, the Program has brought seeping changes to the 17 schools and 3,000 students taking part in it, as well as to non-Ethiopian students.
